Our approach was multi-faceted and outcome driven. We led research and interviews to identify environment trends to establish Aruba's healthcare, hospitality, and retail offerings. We crafted a design strategy around ubiquitous computing, were the primary advocates of improving user interaction, and designed the language for multiple generations of products.
Over the years, we completed a cohesive portfolio strengthening brand equity and establishing a communication strategy which led to a $3B acquisition by Hewlett Packard.
