BACKGROUND

The market for normal, medicinal cannabis consumption tools was completely ignored. daCompany wanted to look at the customer experience and develop products to normalize patients’ lives and bring them in-line with other traditional hard goods.

OUR CHALLENGE

With an industry in flux, we needed to determine what to approach, how, and when to solve user problems. Our main challenge was how do we uncover consumer insights when they’re reluctant to share their pain points and is there even a business here?

Our work not only included development of a line of signature, sustainable products for medicinal patients but also fostered the beginnings of a mobile solution. From hardware to software, we uncovered insights into the user experience to develop an end-to-end platform for this emerging market.
