Our Challenge

We developed a planogram to help Aruba’s competitive positioning. By identifying their customer personas, we crafted a design story to influence stakeholders from their prior “smoke detector” aesthetic.

We devised a planogram, steering Aruba away from the 'smoke detector' aesthetic. Identifying customer personas, we not only delivered but sold a design story, laying the foundation for a decade-long partnership. Our efforts established Aruba as a best-in-class solution, ultimately leading to a remarkable $3B acquisition by Hewlett Packard.
